What happens when two badass professional cyclists from two different athlete-centered causes join together to provide cycling enthusiasts with invaluable tips and training?
An epic cycling power mash-up!
Join us as Julie Young, national/international cycling powerhouse and director/head coach for Silver Sage Sports Labs, and Teal Stetson-Lee, renowned professional cyclist and CrossReno race director, help you elevate your game.
The clinic will include a chalk-talk discussion by Julie on the importance of bike fit: position for handling and power output; pelvic and spinal posture; and pedaling technique.
Teal will also go over a training plan to prep for CrossReno. The training will include tips on mounts/dismounts, barriers, shouldering and cornering.
The training is free for CrossReno participants and is limited to the first 25 people who sign up.
So sign up today. Right now. What are you waiting for?

CrossReno is known for some unique course features, including the "Hayzing Pit". Expect more fun as racers make their choice and entertain spectators with tricks and crashes. Here's a particularly spectacular photo from the Hayzing Pit last year by Jeff Namba . Can anyone tell us who this stellar rider is? ... See MoreSee Less
